Lisel Ashlock
Sort of Symbolist, and certainly rich in hue and content, Lisel Ashlock’s pieces conjure up the fantastic, both real and imaginary.  I’m a huge fan of her frequent use of birch for her canvass, and her integration of its grain into her overall work.
